COLD COMPRESS:
Put the Ice Face Mask into the refrigerator cold room (fresh-keeping room) for more than 3 hours to use
HOT COMPRESS:
Soak the Ice Face Mask in 80°-100° hot water for about 3 minutes, take it out and wipe it off before use.
Hot compress temperature: Put in 80-100 degrees Celsius hot water for 2-3 minutes to soak completely remove the temperature to 40-60 degrees.
Cold compress temperature: placed in the cold room for about 2 hours at about 3 degrees.
