For Best Results Insert the reeds, turn them to expose the oil and allow 48 hours for the aromatic oil to fill the room with scent. For a stronger scent, use all of the reeds and turn daily. For a more subtle scent, use fewer reeds and turn less often. Add your ESPA Aromatherapy blend to your favourite carrier oil, typically 30ml of fixed oil is required for a full body massage. Enjoy the aroma created in a warm relaxing bath, or when added to your diffuser. Burn candle for at least 2 hours but less than 4 hours at a time. Do not move a burning candle and keep the wax pool clear of debris. See individual items directions. Swirl into the bath for a soothing soak, use as a massage oil, a dry skin remedy, or apply to pulse points and temples for ultimate aromatherapy.
